CHAPTER 5
BIDEN IS COMPROMISED ON CHINA AND UKRAINE
President Joe Biden is compromised on China and Ukraine, and by extension, Russia.
Remember, it was former VP Joe Biden who went to bat for Chinese Communist Party (CCP) interests in February 2020, at the beginning of the COVID outbreak, labeling Trump xenophobic.
âWe are in the midst of a crisis with the coronavirus. We need to lead the way with scienceânot Donald Trumpâs record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering. He is the worst possible person to lead our country through a global health emergency,â Biden tweeted.85
The tweet was a precursor to what would come, when our dangerous president would carry water for China.
Remember, too, that the foreign policy of President Biden began with an embarrassing meeting in Alaska. Instead of taking a tough line with China and demanding that it stop stealing our intellectual property or apologize for its role in creating COVID-19, the Biden administration went âwoke.â
Secretary of State Antony Blinken traveled to Alaska in March 2021 for a meeting with Chinese counterparts. It is common for a new president and his team to have visits and summits with important countries, but what they did there was a complete embarrassment to the United States.
Instead of sending a message that the United States would not let China beat it around, Blinken let the CCP embarrass us on our home field.
âMany people within the United States actually have little confidence in the democracy of the United States,â the CCP foreign minister told the U.S. delegation at the March 2021 meeting. âWe believe that it is important for the United States to change its own image and to stop advancing its own democracy in the rest of the world.â86
âWe hope that the United States will do better on human rights. China has made steady progress in human rights. And the fact is that there are many problems within the United States regarding human rights, which is admitted by the US itself,â the Chinese foreign minister said.
Blinken conceded to the Chinese that America was not perfect, while National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan talked about Americaâs âsecret sauceâ of politics, as if being the leader of the greatest country in the world is akin to putting good flavoring on a meal.
âThereâs one more hallmark of our leadership here at home, and thatâs a constant quest to, as we say, form a more perfect union. And that quest, by definition, acknowledges our imperfections, acknowledges that weâre not perfect, we make mistakes, we have reversals, we take steps back,â Blinken groveled to the CCP. âBut what weâve done throughout our history is to confront those challenges openly, publicly, transparently, not trying to ignore them, not trying to pretend they donât exist, not trying to sweep them under a rug. And sometimes itâs painful, sometimes itâs ugly, but each and every time, we have come out stronger, better, more united as a country.â
To translate: Yes, China, the United States is bad and racist and we have a terrible history but please give us time; we are trying our best.
